Veronica Jellen Obituary

Veronica N. Jellen, 76, of South Meriden, went into the arms of the Lord on Friday, February 24, 2023.

Veronica was born in Meriden on July 24, 1946, the oldest daughter of the late Michael and Miriam (Maloney) Jellen.

Veronica spent her life helping others as a registered nurse in various hospitals and nursing homes.

Veronica is survived by several cousins; her good friend, Marilyn' her friends in the knitting club; and her cats, Meg, Jo and Amy. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sister, Irene Jellen Taylor.

Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Meriden, will be private and at the discretion of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext.
