Bill you were a wonderful brother and you were loved by everyone who knew you. As kids you were my protector from the bad guys, the naughty puppy dog when I made you play house, my partner in mischief, so many wonderful memories. But most of all I always knew I could always count on you. Thank you

I spent many years working side by side with Bill and forever grateful for his knowledge, wisdom,
and friendship. Great guy both professionally and personally. He possessed all the finest qualities that you'd want in a wonderful person, someone to try to emulate. I came to know Bill while preparing his taxes. Although our contact was limited to that short time I recognized him as a person of faith who deeply loved his family and his God. I am sure as we are left to mourn a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend Bill is rejoicing in the presence of our Loving Father. He now waits for us to join him in the glory of the Lord.

My sincere condolences to the entire family.
Bill was a great kid, he and I were snare drummers together in the Washington Park Drum Corps and we both shared the legendary drum instructor Earl Sturtze and spent a lot of time on school buses traveling to parades, exhibitions, and competitions. What great memories of far simpler times, he will no doubt be greatly missed.

I was heartbroken to hear of this today. I cannot find words... Bill was an amazing, kind, caring, man, He lived what he believed in . countless acts of kindness and generosity, never calling attention..... I am heartbroken beyond belief and cannot even begin to imagine the enormity of your loss. Please know I am keeping you all close to my heart and will always keep Bill close in my heart, I am honored to have known him and to have called him family. Sending much love and prayers, We have not told my mom yet...she had spoken to him recently, calling him looking for Bill senior.....She adored him...as we all did.
