Deerfield, MA — Christopher L. Johnson, 39 of Deerfield, Ma. died at home on Friday (6-18-2021) . He was born on December 20, 1981 in Greenfield, Ma. the son of Robert Johnson Jr. and Patty (Stratton-Poulin). Christopher was educated in local schools. At the time of his death he was working for his grandfather at Johnson Vegetable Farm. Chris was a very shy and humble man. He loved heavy metal music reading, hunting with his Dad, and was a wiz at Math. His smile and full body laugh will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his parents Robert Johnson Jr. of Deerfield, Ma. and step Mom Darlene Johnson of Greenfield, Ma. and and his mother Patty Stratton-Poulin and step Dad Kurt Poulin of Greenfield, Ma. He is also survived by two sons and one daughter; Nicholas, Zachary, and Heaven Johnson all of Greenfield Ma. His paternal grandfather Robert Johnson of Deerfield, and his maternal grandparents Sandy and Tim Marcy of Turners Falls, Ma. He is also survived by his siblings Cody Johnson, Casey Poulin, Kelli Poulin, Katelynne Kuzmeskus, Aleyha J. Johnson, Kiera Rodriquez, Ciera Rodriquez Jones, and Craig Jones. He also leaves his nephew Caiden Johnson, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was pre-deceased by his paternal Grandmother Janice Newell Johnson of Deerfield, Ma. And his maternal Grandfather Wilson Eugene Smith Sr. of Norfolk, Va.

Calling hours will Friday (6-25-2021) from 4-6 P.M. at the Kidder Funeral Home, 1 Parker Ave. Northfield, Mass. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
