Grew up in the "PATCH" ED had the first motor bike, also When he opened the barber shop,All of us high schoolers (football, baseball & basketball players) only got our haircuts @ ED BARBER SHOP! He new how to cut flat tops. He had a comb w/ a level bible on it, so we new it was cut right. May graduation picture proves it! Went on a number of fishing trips to the Cape with hind friends. We shared a lot of our catches with families and friends!
GOD BLESS YOUR SOUL ED ! For all the GREAT MEMORIES!

Ed was the best barber a scared kid with a mop top could ask for.

Ed was a really special guy. He cut my dad´s (doyle Rockwell) hair all my dad´s life. I lived on glen street in turners falls when Ed & Joan lived on dell street. I´m sorry to hear that Ed has passed. He certainly was a gregarious, generous man & he picked the right profession. Every one loved Ed the barber. My deepest sympathies to Joan & family

Ed cut my hair from grade school through high school even measuring my receding hairline annually as though it was the disappearing dune line on the Cape. And where else could we get caught up on the fascinating articles and pictures in those nature magazines. Thanks Ed for those great years.

Ed was a great guy. My brother was in the barber shop on that fateful day in 1959.
