Joseph Gorman Obituary
Greenfield, MA - Joseph Gorman, 69, passed away on May 22, 2023 at Quabbin Valley Healthcare Center in Athol.
Joe was born in Greenfield on February 16, 1954 the son of James and Mary Gorman. He was a graduate of Tufts University and then the Western New England College School of Law.
He represented many clients in the Greenfield area for many years.
Survivors include a sister, Mary, as well as many friends.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, 6/17 at 11:00 am in Calvary Cemetery, Greenfield.

I grew up with Joe from Holy Trinity through GHS class of 72. Great guy, lawyer and friend. We spent many hours fishing together as youngsters and had many happy times. The Gorman family was a wonderful family. Joe was a special person. Rest in Peace Joe, friend never forgotten.

Joe and I met about seven years ago through a program I volunteered through . Knowing Joe brought much joy to my life. His passing has left an empty space in my heart.

Joe was a long time YMCA member and one of the most thoughtful kindest people. I met back up with him a couple years back, it was nice to see him again back to working out. rest in peace Joe.

Joe was an important runner for the Western Mass Champion Greenfield High School team in the late 60s and early 70s. The team could always depend on Joe to fulfil his place in team scoring.

I remember Joe as we both grew up on Pierce Street. He was a nice guy with a great sense of humor that I will always remember. I extend my sincere sympathies to his family and friends.
