I will miss Uncle Joe very much. It was always a great joy to sit and talk with him and Char. I wish I could have known him better. I will treasure the time we did share. From his photos I could see he was a very happy man (he always had a smile on his face).

Hi my sweet neighbors Char & Kristian. I am so glad that I had the chance to get to know you guys and Mr. Primeau! Even during the time when Joe and I were going thru our chemo treatments together, your sweetspirits would always shine thru. I am so blessed that I can truly call you my friends. I will truly miss my friend Joe. Just remember that although we love Joe, God loves him best. You will continue to be in our prayers.

Dave and I will sorely miss Joe. He was so special to us, as are you. The two of you were a wonderful example of a loving marriage. Our times with you were so good. Dave has always called Joe his hero. He was well loved. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and with the family. Love Dave & Kate

Joe was a neat guy, brother in law. He will be missed. He added a bit of spark to all that he did...and that little smile was super!

Char,
I was deeply saddened when I read the Minot Daily News this morning and noticed that Joe had passed away. He was a great guy and will be missed by many. I truly enjoyed our visits when he worked for trio at UND and all of his emails after he retired. Take care and God Bless you and your family during these difficult times.
