Joshua McMahon Obituary
Montague Center, MA - It is with heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of Joshua J. McMahon on Friday, December 1st, at the age of 40, after bravely facing a year-long battle with Hodgkin Lymphoma.
Born in Greenfield, MA, with his twin brother Seth to Denise Paulin-Jenne and James R. McMahon, he also has a younger sister Kylie McMahon, and a half-brother Mason McMahon.
Josh's passion for semi-trucks led him to a fulfilling career in truck driving. His love for socializing often made him fashionably late, especially if he stopped for a friendly chat. Josh delighted in exploring new restaurants, savoring delectable dishes, with a soft spot for mango rolls and ramen. He enjoyed target shooting, drag racing, the beach and spending time with his children.
Left behind are his cherished children: Ethan Hyer (21), Milaina (6) and Caiden McMahon (3), who will deeply feel his absence.
An easy going and kind soul, Josh will be dearly missed by friends and family alike.
At this time, there are no plans for a service, but the memories of Josh will forever hold a cherished place in our hearts.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Oncology Staff at Baystate Hospital/Springfield, the staff at the Brigham Women's Hospital and to the Pioneer Valley Hospice & Palliative Care in Greenfield.

I admire your strength during such a heart wrenching time. You stayed with Josh through it all. Through some difficult hurdles that should not of happened. But for Josh, your love for him ...you stayed strong through it all. You showed tremendous courage which is quite an inspiration to all of us. Your example was one we should all remember. I believe ..Josh is proud of you. Love never ends.
