Sigrid Wiemers Obituary
BERNARDSTON, MA - Sigrid D. Wiemers, 72 of North Truro, MA formerly of Bernardston, MA, died September 23, 2024 at her home. She was born in Greenfield, MA on January 27, 1952 the daughter of Junior and Priscilla (Nelson) Wiemers. She was a 1970 graduate of Pioneer Valley Regional School. She graduated from Smith College with a BSN degree, and attained her Master's in nursing from Yale University.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jay and Priscilla and her brother Herman. She is survived by her brother Harland and his wife Alberta, of West Chesterfield, NH, their daughter Jennifer of West Chesterfield, NH, and her sister Ingrid Skiff of Bernardston, MA and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at a later date.
Kidder Funeral Home, 1 Parker Ave, Northfield, MA is in charge of arrangements.

Will always be thankful for the kindness Sigrid showed me and my family during a very difficult time. The simple act of having a meal with us and getting our minds off things that could have overwhelmed us was a blessing.... We will miss her thoughtfulness and common sense and how she did love her cars and Chinese food.
