Brian Orton Obituary
Brian was 2 years old when his family moved to Mojave, Ca where he attended local schools and graduated from Mojave High School in 1980.
He went to work for Revere Extruders right out of high school until the plant closed. He then worked for a silver mining company until going to work for Walmart Distribution Center as one of the first groups hired before the opening of the center. He was a forklift driver there for 22 years.
Brian is survived by his father Joe, mother Marietta, sister Pamela Santos of Tehachapi Ca. and Nephews Michael Santos of Tehachapi Ca., Matthew Santos of Ontario Ca. Several Aunts and Uncles and many cousins.
Brian was a resident at Sierra Valley Rehab Center the past 6 years. His family wants to thank the staff for the care and compassion he and his parents received over the past years. A Viewing will be held Monday Sept. 17, 2018 at Myers Funeral Home from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.. Services will be Tuesday Sept. 18, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Myers Funeral Home.
