Sue and family,
My prays and thoughts are with you in such a sad time. The two of you have been neighbors for many years. You were there for my mother when my father passed, i want to thank the both of you for that. Sue if you need anything please call at anytime.

Hello Sue and family,
I'm so sorry for your loss - it has been many years since I was there in Minnesota with you, Dave and I played chamber music together on occasion, as well as in the orchestra. My Mom and brother told me of Dave's passing, and I couldn't have been more saddened. At this point in life (I'm 62), to be in the early 70's seems so terribly young. May he be at peace in God's care.

Thinking of you dad as I watch the first signs of spring. I am so sad that you are not here to watch our beautiful sunsets and share in the joy of our prarie wonderland. You always helped me stop and see the beauty around me amidst my urgent home duties. thank you for teaching me so much.

Dear Sue, It was hard to hear the news about David today. The last time we'd heard from him, he mentioned that he'd been immersed in poetry, and I'd planned to send an Academy of American Poets complimentary membership his way. I know he would have enjoyed it, and am sad it was not to be. Paul and I remember our visits with you and David with much pleasure, and we look forward to another visit here from you when you feel ready. You know there is a warm welcome for you! Dear Sue and the entire Ulfeng family,
Sue and I join in your sorrow as we too feel the loss here below of a beloved family member. Not being aware of Davids health situation until recently this came as quite a shock to us. We know, however, that David is now free from his pain and suffering and in a far better place with his Lord and Savior.
