Jim was a dear friend and colleague to my dad who recently passed also. They were brilliant in their workimproving the environment. Im so sorry for the family and the community to lose Jim. I can only imagine Shan and Jim are plotting and planning the heavens together, which in a small way, may be comforting to us. God bless.
