Jose G. Lucio

1930 - 2021

Jose G. Lucio was a resident of Ducor, Ca., he passed away November 12, 2021.
He was born in Tamaulipas, Matamoros on February 15, 1930 to Jose Lucio and Dolores Garza of Tamaulipas. He was 91. 
There will be a viewing at Myers Funeral Service and Crematory, 248 North E Street, Porterville, California 93257 on December 9, 2021 from 3-7pm, rosary will start at 6pm. On December 10, 2021 there will be a Catholic church service at Holy Cross in Porterville at 11am.
Jose was a hard worker and always willing to help others out. He was deeply loved by his family and friends. He operated a tractor for more than half his life, also worked for C&L Trucking and at Juan's Tire Shop both located in Ducor.
He is preceded in death by his wife Hortencia G. Lucio, his son Ricardo G. Lucio, his brothers Jose Amos, Epifanio, Apolonio, Bernardo, Francisco Lucio, and his sister Carlota Partida. 
He is survived by his brother Andres Lucio, his sons Jose Lucio Jr, Gerardo G. Lucio, his daughters Eva Patricia Lucio and Dolores I. Lucio, and his 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandkids, as well as his nephews, nieces and godson.
