Kimberly Dawn Wyatt

1966 - 2022

Kimberly Dawn Wyatt, a lifelong resident of Porterville Ca, passed away on Friday June 24,2022, at the age of 56.
Kim was born on January 30, 1966. She attended local schools, graduating from Porterville High School in 1984. She completed the Psychiatric Technician Program at Ventura Community College in 1987 and was among the first class to graduate from the Registered Nursing Program at Porterville College.
During her career in health care, Kim worked as a Senior Psychiatric Technician at Porterville Developmental Center, where she retired after more than 25 years of service. She also worked at West Hills Community College in Coalinga and Porterville College as a Psychiatrist Technician Instructor.
Kim will be profoundly missed by so many. We will remember her for her upbeat and positive nature, her laughter and ability to make us all laugh, right along with her, her endless kindness and generosity, and her fierce love and loyalty to her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by many loving family members, including her husband, Bill Wyatt and her mother, Sharon L Smith.
She is survived by her father, Michael Carothers, siblings Michelle Bohman (Kenny), Stephen Carothers (Ofira), Christopher Carothers (Lisa) and Jennifer Carothers. Nieces and Nephews, Amanda Carothers (Charles), Anthony Reid, Kristen Tuttle (Joe), Ricardo Gracia, Stephanie Carothers, Hailey Carothers, Faulyn Owens, Reign Peters, Finley Tuttle, Raegan Tuttle and her beloved fur baby and constant companion of 14 years, Thor.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday July 22, 2022, at 5 pm, at the Porterville Veterans Memorial Building, 1900 W Olive Ave, Porterville Ca.
