Paul Hernandez Obituary
Paul Duran Hernandez, 54, passed away on September 25, 2024, in Porterville, California.
He was born on November 23, 1969, to John Hernandez and Sophia Duran. His early
education was at Earlimart Elementary followed by Citrus High School, setting the stage for a life-long commitment to his community.
Paul dedicated many years to a career in customer service, where he was known for his friendly demeanor and willingness to help others. Outside of work, he was an avid football fan, especially devoted to the Raiders, a passion that brought joy and excitement to his life.
He is survived by his children, Paul Brown and Felicia Lona; grandchildren, Niyeli, Xavier, Liliana, and Logan; siblings, Sylvia Fernandez, Arthur Hernandez, and Jack Rangel; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly. Paul was preceded in death by his father, John Hernandez; mother, Sophia Duran; grandfather, George Hernandez; and uncle, Manuel Hernandez.
A gathering to honor Pauls life will be held on October 3, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary starting at 6:00 p.m. at Porterville Funeral and Cremation Center.
