Randy Mahre Obituary

Randy P. Mahre passed away peacefully in his home at age 82, from PKD Foundation.
Randy was born in Minneapolis and moved to Sunnyvale, CA in 1943. He graduated from Fremont High School in Sunnyvale and attended Foothill JC. In 1956, he joined the Army and was stationed in Germany. In 1960 Randy began his career in banking and in 1979 was recruited by the Bank of The Sierra in Porterville to head up Operations. In 2005 he retired as the Vice President and Manager of the Bank Card Division.
Randy enjoyed dove hunting and fishing but his greatest joy was being a loving husband, brother, father, grandfather & a buddy to his life long friends.
Randy is lovingly remembered by his wife, Sandy, of Oceanside and is survived by his children; Cindy Mahre; Laurie Anderson (husband, Glenn); Jennifer Velasco (husband, Jerry); and Rod Webb. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and his sisters, Barbara and Cathy (Bill).

My thoughts and prayers are with Sandy and the family. I worked with Randy at BOTS for a number of years and always considered him to be a good friend. He will be missed!!!!!!
