Robert Lee "Biker Bob" Holderby

1949 - 2021

On April 8, 2021 after a short battle with pulmonary disease, the good Lord came and took BOB home with him and he was ready to go.
Bob was a good man with a big big heart. He was a good brother a good dad, uncle and grandpa. He loved his family dearly his family was his life. Bob had a kind spirit land he never ever met a stranger and whatever it was if he had 2, he'd give you 1. If he only had 1 he'd break it and give you the bigger piece. That was the kind of man he was. Bob was quite a character too and could tell you stories all day long and laugh right along with you and about half of those stories were actually true. Bob had a comeback for everything. You always knew when Bob was in the house he could make you laugh in a heartbeat . So when you think of Bob think of him and a smile. Bob loved the outdoors and he loved to BBQ and go camping but the one thing Bob loved the most of all was going for long rides on his Harley. He'd go outside and kickstart his motorcycle and rev up that engine then he would go in the house and ask mom if she had a couple dollars for gas (SMILE). Riding his harley was his passion. His 1949 panhead that he loved so much. He will be missed . He's gone, but he will never be forgotten
Survivors are his 4 children Robert Holderby Jr.of Barstow, Brandi Michelle Lee, Yvonne Faye and Paul Bud Robert all out of Bakersfield. His siblings 1 brother Paul Holderby (Sue) Porterville, 1.Sister Charlene Holderby (Marty) Tulare, 1 nephew Ricky Barnett (Melissa)Tulare, 3 nieces Cheyenne Wells of Banning, Melissa Cruz of San Diego, Chassity Kirkland of Fresno, and numerous grandchildren
Proceded in death Sister Billie Faye Holderby, Brother Carl Eugene Holderby, Father Carl Lee Holderby and Mother Martha Elizebeth Holderby.
A farewell to BOB celebration of life get together will be held @ 115 S Indiana St Porterville Ca 93257 @ The Home of Paul : Saturday April 24th 2021 @ 1:00pm. Everybody is welcome.
