Vaughn Garcia Obituary
He is survived by his parents, Val Anthony Garcia of Porterville and Sonya Gail Nieto of Tule River Indian Reservation; two brothers, Sterling Isaiah Flores and Ruben Angel Flores, Jr. both of Tule River Indian Reservation; sister, Zandria Ruvina Flores of Tule River Indian Reservation; grandparents, Robert and Linda Garcia of Selma, and Rudy and Sonne Nieto of Tule River Indian Reservation; four uncles, Robert "Robbie" Garcia Jr. of Selma, Aaron Garcia of Selma, Anthony Rodriguez of Arizona and Johnny Pete-Emeterio Nieto of Tule River Indian Reservation; one aunt, Sondra R. Nieto of Orlando, Florida and many cousins.
He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Paul and Frances Garcia, Richard and Frances Nieto and Marcus and Virginia Hunter; great great-grandparents, Regnildo and Susie Nieto, Remic and Lucy Emeterio, Phillip and Laura Hunter and Gregorio and Alotha Santos; great uncles, Phil D. Hunter, Marcus Hunter Jr. and Everett Nieto; great aunts, Carolyn Nieto, Lorraine Hunter and Phyllis Rubio.
His family and all his relations await his arrival to join them in the Spirit world. Our prayers for strength will emanate.
A Service will be held at Myers Chapel on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 6:00 PM, with Spiritual leaders, Joseph Garfield, Leonard Manuel, Jr. and Rhoda Hunter of Tule River Indian Reservation officiating.
Condolences may be sent to the family at www.myersfuneral.com. Myers Funeral Service & Crematory in Porterville is in charge of arrangements.
