Vicky Hernandez Obituary
Vicky was born March 6, 1946 in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico and then came to California and to Lindsay as a young child. She attended all local schools and then College of the Sequoia's. She married Daniel Hernandez in 1968 at Sacred Heart and the Hernandez family made their home in Lindsay. Vicky worked for the Lindsay Unified School District for over 30 years and in various capacities. She enjoyed cooking, reading, talking with her friends on the phone and spending time with her family and especially her grandson. Vicky was preceded in death by her son Danny Hernandez Jr. and by an infant daughter Jessica Hernandez; her mother Maria Perez and a brother Jesus Friaz. She is survived by her daughters Anita Perez (Michael) of Visalia and Delia Hernandez of Fresno as well as her grandson Lorenzo Perez. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 19 from 2:00 until 4:30 at the funeral home.
Webb Sanders Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.

I am so saddened to hear that my dear friend Vicky lost her battle with cancer. I SO enjoyed our friendship and enjoyed our visits when she came to her appointments with me. She does and ALWAYS will hold a very special place in my heart. ❤

I am so sorry to hear of this news my family lived next door to the Hernandez's for 15 yrs. I spent so many nights over there playing with Delia I ate so many of the good meals that Vicky would make. My heart hurts to know she is not around anymore. She is resting in peace now I will always love and remember her.
