Wayne Wagner Obituary

Wayne was born in Kansas to Clayton and Marie Wagner. He was the oldest of four boys, David Wagner, Dolf Wagner and Bruce Wagner and two
adopted brothers, Marvin Filmore and Won Song Kim.
He went to school in Dinuba and college in Visalia. His love for running led him to be quite a track star. He worked for Southern California Edison for 35 years in Porterville. After retiring he enjoyed demolition work,
remodeling, and hunting, but his favorite was splitting wood at the cabin. He made sure no one ever ran out of firewood.
He loved his family, his wife Regina,
daughter Lynn and husband Darren, son Craig and wife Jane, his grandsons, Robert, Nathaniel, Thatcher, Jackson,
Griffith and Langdon, and great grandson
Atlas and all his nieces, nephews and cousins.
His family, friends and neighbors thank God for the special memories of him that they will hold in their hearts forever.
A celebration of his life will be May 29, 2021 at 1:00pm Church of the Nazarene 2005 W Olive Ave.

We lived next door to the Wagners for many years. Wayne was such an interactive father and neighbor. He always played games with the neighbor kids and barbecued food for us. I remember he cooked great abalone on the grill which I had never had. Gina always made her special popcorn balls for Halloween. Wayne was very special person. My condolences to the entire family.
