Ruby Bennett Obituary
Ruby Bennett, 70, of Washington Court House, passed away on February 21, 2017 at St. Catherine's Manor, Washington Court House. She was born October 25, 1946 in Jeffersonville to the late Robert and Inis Fugate Lemmings.
In addition to her parents Ruby is preceded in death by two brothers Leonard and Edward Lemmings, two sisters Jenny Lanier and Anabelle Merriman and one grandson Todd Bennett.
Ruby is survived by four sons William Bennett of Bloomingburg, Robert (Traci) Bennett of Wash C.H., James (Leatha) Bennett of Wash C.H. and Scott Bennett of Wash C.H.; three brothers Richard (Barb) Lemmings and Charles (Dot) Lemmings both of Springfield and Carl (Vivian) Lemming of Sabina; one sister Shirley (Richard) Evans of Wash C.H.; eight grandchildren Tylor(Candy) Bennett, Zack (Makaila) Bennett, Amber (Will) Ferrell, Aaron Bennett, Skylor Bennett, Olivia Bennett, Maygan Bennett and Savanna Bennett; great grandchildren Lacey, Zaylyn, Tyrena and Krosbi Bennett and Raygyn Ferrell.
The funeral service will be held on Friday February 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Home, Washington Court House with Pastor Andrew Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Bloomingburg Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday February 23, 2017 from 4:00 till 8:00PM service. A catered luncheon will follow the interment at the Mahan building at the Fayette County Fairgrounds.

Ruby you were a very nice lady so kind and a had a since of humor. You always Cheer me up and made me smile everyday. I will miss talking to you and coming in on my days off and brininging "hulk" aka your granddog in to see you.. We had a special bond you was like a grandmother to me. I miss you and will always love you.. RIP my angel!
