Oh my heart! Thank you to this old episode of Unsolved Mysteries, I learned about a man I have never met. What a wonderful human being, and to read that Mr. Dewey became a follower of Christ, it fills my heart with joy. I am so glad that he was able to have his prayer answered to find his sister! God is amazing! His sister was so blessed to have Barney as her brother. Condolences to the family

I learned of Barney Dewey from the Unsloved Mystery Show where he and his sister were taken and put in homes during hard times. I too am named Angelene. That show first took my attention because of my name. I was born in 1952. I am glad he was a minister and had a long happy life with his wife. I believe he is walking and talking to Jesus now. I am glad I got to meet him even if it was on TV. May God bless his family.

I just watched Barney's segment on Unsolved Mysteries for the first time tonight. I'm glad he found the peace in life that so many of us yearn for, and now, may he rest in peace.

Brother Dewey was the pastor of one of the churches I attended as a kid. It is where I saw some real life miracles take place and developed a strong faith. I attribute that to Brother and Sister Dewey, and their beautiful daughter, Mary Paulk. Thank you all for being a light in my world.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Although I have never met Rev. Dewey, his influence has been around me for years. Linda would come to work and share wonderful stories of love and admiration for this most special man. The humor, the hard working ethics, the tenacity he had for his love of his family and the Lord. Barney you still have work to do but now you get the honor and priviledge to do it face to face with our Savior. God bless you and your entire family.
