Danny,
You were always a source of wisdom and direction for me when I worked with you at the hospital. Because you didn't take no guff. And I knew I could count on you for direction during those times. You and you're family will be in my prayers everytime I remember our friendship. If I never told you this, thank you Danny for keeping me on the straight and narrow path. I'm a better man today, because of the short time you invested in mentoring me. I'll never forget the time you told me about how your Chinook rescue helicopter was shot down. And while saving comrades you had to lay dead after you were shot and the banna tree fell over you that day in Nam. Without a shadow of a doubt you were definitely a hero both in battle and at home! And you will be truly missed by all us that you came in contact with at at the County Hospital.

I was saddened to learn of Daniel's passing. We went to high school together and shared many talks and laughter. My brother, sister and I went to see him when he returned from Vietnam but had lost touch with him through the years. I was happy to see and talk to him again at Penney's, almost like "old times". He had one of the warmest smiles and heart. May God Bless you Daniel, and may He bring comfort to your family.
