Son, Father, Husband, Brother, Uncle and Friend
Greg worked for the City of Stockton for 37 years and retired in 2008. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, stock car racing and quading. Greg's two most favorite places in the world were Cabo San Lucas and Aptos.
Beloved husband of Barbara Tomek. Loving son of Carmen Tomek and the late Adolph Tomek. Dear father of Greg Tomek (Kristine), Justin Tomek, and Jenna Tomek. Brother of Frank Tomek (Jean), Carmen Tomek, Joanie Hoffman (Bob), and the late Adolph Tomek Jr. Proud Grandfather of Jett and Justus Tomek. Uncle of Marcus Tomek and other nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends are invited to attend Funeral Services on Friday, March 12th, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Palms Funeral Home, 303 S. California St. thence to St. Luke's Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 p.m. A Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Committal at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.

We will for sure miss Greg, he use to call us Stotz girls the Killer B's which I'm sure we were. I will miss his humor and giving it right back to him. He was a good hearted soul and will leave a large hole in our family.

We sure will miss Greg it was always so nice to see Greg and Barbara and talk about baseball, football and racing. David was looking forward to him going to one of the races. We pray for your family during this difficult time but you surely were blessed to have such a great family, husband, father, and friend. I will miss his humor. May God hold you deeply may his love comfort you and be with you during this time.

I will so miss Greg. He was a big part of my high school days and also after we graduated. We had alot of good times. I will never forget him. We wish his family strength and peace at this time.

Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Greg always was very kind to our family, we could always count on too see him at every baseball, and football games those were the best memerories. charlie really looked up too him as everyone did. we will miss him and we will pray for your family.
