Jim was born in Bridge Creek, OK and passed away peacefully in Stockton, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents, 8 siblings, and his loving wives, Ouida & Dorothy. He is survived by a son, Dewayne (Nancy) Raley, daughter, Barbara (Ken) Medley, 4 grand-children, & 7 great grand-children. Funeral services will be at Frisbee-Warren & Carrol Motuary, 809 N. California St. Friday, January 13, 12:30 pm.

Jim was a very delightful man to know. My father Lester Newstrom resided in the same residence (Brookdale) for many years. My father and my other relatives enjoyed Jim's company as much as I did. Rest in peace Jim.
