He was born on August 15, 1958 in Den Haag, the Netherlands and went home to be with his Lord and
Savior on August 7, 2010 in Valley Springs, CA.
Survived by his wife of 30 years Sharri and children Edward,
Daniel, and
Michelle. He is also survived by his mother Alida Sterrenberg, sister Karen, and brother Tom. He was a loving man who found comfort in helping others as a friend and CPA. He lived in Valley Springs for the last 21 years and had a great passion for the game of soccer (especially when it came to coaching his children and others in the community). He touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed.
A memorial will be held Sunday August 15th at 4 p.m. in Valley Springs at the Good Samaritan Church, 4684 Baldwin St.

Dear Sharri,
From my father Clyde Meadows and myself we are both so sad for your loss of Rudi. My Dad just loved him and you both so much. Rudi will be missed by so many. What a wonderful Christian Rudi was he is with our Savior. You and your family are in our prayers.
