Tracy was born February 8,1923 in Vernalis, California to the late Shogoro and Ishi Goto. Tracy was a lifelong resident of Stockton. He was a self-employed farmer and farmed the Weston Ranch for over forty years.
Preceded in death by his brother, Frank Kosugi and sister, Kimiyo Watanabe, he leaves behind sister, Mollie Shimobayashi, nieces, Amy Sugimoto, Pat Nakamura and Gail Shimobayashi, and two great nieces and two great nephews. He also leaves behind good friends and neighbors Darwin and Vicki. At his request, private services were held. Frisbie-Warren& Carroll Mortuary entrusted with the arrangements.
