Graciano Garcia Obituary

Middetown - Graciano Garcia of Middletown, died on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at Middletown. He was 80.

The son of Carlos and Maria Segura Garcia he was born on May 5, 1927 in Puebla, Mexico.

Graciano was a member of St. Joseph's R.C. Church in Middletown. A 10-year resident of the area, he owned and operated Garcia's Jewelry in downtown Middletown until his recent retirement.

Garciano is survived by his loving wife, Isabel at home; two sons, Alvaro and Leo Garcia, both of Middletown; six daughters, Eloina Delgado and Luz Maria Garcia both of Passaic, N.J., Elia Merino of Middletown, Yolanda Robles of Newburgh, Silvila Garcia and Elenex Garcia, both of Middletown; 24 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Graciano was predeceased by one sister, Beatrice Garcia.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 22 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Applebee-McPhillips. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 23 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's R. C. Church, 149 Cottage Street.
