Hazel Perry Obituary

Hazel E. Perry of Livingston Manor, N.Y., a homemaker and life-long area resident, died Monday, August 1, 2005 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, N.Y. She was 82.

The daughter of the late James and Lucy Wayman Tuttle, she was born April 15, 1923 in Rock Rift, N.Y.

Hazel was a former employee of the Swan Lake Poultry Plant.

Survivors include four daughters, Rose Thomas and her husband Ronnie of Norwich, N.Y., Lucy Alger and her husband Kenneth of Livingston Manor, Rachael Tucker of Livingston Manor, and Candy Sherman and her husband Lenny of Prescott, Ariz., five sons, Marvin Perry of Livingston Manor, Francis Perry of Livingston Manor, Steven Perry and his wife Dorothy of South Plymouth, N.Y., James Perry and his wife Kim of Livingston Manor and John Perry of Kingsville, N.Y., several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Perry and a son, Mike Perry.

Visitation will be Friday, August 5, 2005 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Harris Funeral Home, Railroad Ave., Roscoe, N.Y.

Funeral Services will be Friday, August 5, 2005 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Gerald Wondra will officiate.

Burial will be in the Beaverkill Cemetery, Beaverkill, N.Y.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Harris Funeral Home, Roscoe, N.Y.
