Monticello, NY
Hercules Jones Jr. died unexpectedly in Monticello on Monday, April 5, 2010. He was 34.
The son of Mary Jones Ghansam and the late Hercules Jones Sr., he was born April 15, 1975 in Newark, NJ.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Jones Ghansam & her husband, Rohan of Monticello; his grandmother, Alice Williams of Union, NJ; his grandfather, Rufus Williams of New Haven, CT; his aunt, Tiffany Williams of New Haven, CT; great aunts and uncles; a stepbrother, Mark Ghansam of New York City; his girlfriend, Rebecca Robinson of Monticello; and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 8, from 5-8 p.m. at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello.
His funeral service will be held on Friday, April 9, at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Monticello, Liberty Street in Monticello with Rev. James Matthews officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Ridge Cemetery in Monticello.
