To the Labelle Family
I am sorry to hear the passing Of Joe Labelle. I worked with him at the Middletown state hospital and Mid Hudson Psychiatric Center nad he was the one of the best boss I ever had. He was a good man a good worker and he will be missed by one and all. May he rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers goes out to the Labelle Family.

To the LaBelle Families Joe was my Supervisor at Mid-Hudson Psy. Ctr and I must tell yopu that he was one of the best Supervisors that I had. Always very helpful and considerate. I have wonderful memories of Joe. May he rest in peace. Tina Romano
