Josephine A. Dollbaum, 82, of Sloatsburg, NY, entered into rest on June 16, 2008.

The daughter of Joseph and Mary Chispak Hinsinger, she was born May 1, 1926 in Garfield, NJ.

Josephine was a CCD Teacher at St. Joan of Arc Church and a longtime member of the Sloatsburg Ambulance Corps. She was an office manager at A & R Roofing in Southfields, NY; an EKG Technician at Tuxedo Hospital, and worked for many years at the Forstmann Woolen Co. in Garfield, NJ. Josephine was a loving and cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Francis of Sloatsburg; her sons, Francis Jr. and his wife, Klaudia of Monroe, Alan and his wife, Ginette of Quebec, Canada; Robert and his wife, Gayle of Southfields; her daughters, Denice Jones and her husband, Dennis of Monroe; Patricia Lynch of Oak Ridge, NJ; ten grandchildren: Jessica, Robert, Frank, Alan, Dennis, Mathieu, Christopher, Brittney, Kevin, Andrew; one great-granddaughter, Brooke Ashley; her brother, Louis Hinsinger of Blairsville, PA; many brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

A service will be held on Friday, June 20, at 10 a.m. at the Scarr Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will follow at St. John in the Wilderness, Stony Point, NY.

Friends may call on Thursday, June 19, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the Scarr Funeral Home, Inc., Route 202, Suffern, NY.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105-1942 would be appreciated.
