To the O'Brien Family:
I was just made aware of Justin's passing. I was his middle school English teacher. I loved Justin. I know he could be a handful back then but there was just something about him.I remember many conversations with you, Brenda. You were an excellent mother. He needed someone like you in his life and for the time he was here with all of you he was blessed. I will never be able to express my true and deep sorrow over his passing. My thoughts are with all of you.
Much love and sympathy.

Yes, the good times in Scotchtown were back in the day...but Justin's energy, crazy personality, sense of humor and smile will never be forgotten. R.I.P Justin

Dawn and the O'Brien Family,
Please allow me to extend my deepest condolences to all of you. While the years may have come and gone since our young days in Scotchtown, I don't have to remind you how special Justin was to all of us. It was a privilege having known him, nonetheless growing up a stone throw away. God Bless. Rest in peace brother

I grew up with Justin, and though lost touch in the last couple of years, his smile is something I still tell people about to this day. He just had it. Could pull you out of a stinky mood just by showing those pearly whites. It made you feel good. His laugh went along with it. I will never forget his pet snake (bo I think his name)... and he wanted to show him to me... and I was freaked out at first, which made him laugh. But he taught me how to hold him and released my fear of snakes! Justin... God Bless you, Rest, and know that you made an impression with at the very least, me. You are missed.
