Kenneth VonRonn Obituary
The son of Raymond VonRonn and Debra Jackson VonRonn, he was born September 29, 1984 in West Palm Beach, FL.
He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Walden, NY.
He was a 2003 graduate of Pine Bush Central High School.
He was the husband of Kira Conklin VonRonn.
Survivors include his beloved wife at home; his loving parents, Raymond of Australia and Debra of Walker Valley; his loving sisters, Gina, Courtney and Samantha of Walker Valley; his loving grandmother, Maria VonRonn of Walker Valley, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, January 13, and Friday, January 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at William M. Gagan Funeral Home, 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush, NY.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 15 at 11 a.m. at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home. The Rev. Raymond Cummings will officiate.
Burial, with full military honors, will be in Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to USO World Headquarters, Department W.S. P.O. Box 96860, Washington D.C. 20090-96860.

Kenney 13 years have came and went. All of us have gotten older some have kids some have gotten married but your passing has not and will not get better with time. It still feels like yesterday we was kicking it in gym or heckling Mr.Price. The other day was memorial day i was on my way to sams club when they did a moment of silence. I had to pull over because i cried so much my kids asked me why i was crying and i told them about you my good friend and hero who paid the ultimate sacrifice for all of us in this country to be free. I love you Kenney and you will never be forgotten.

Went to basic Training with him at Sill. Though it was years ago and we never saw each other before or since, he was one of my "battles" and made an impact on my life at that time. Tomorrow is 2017 Memorial Day. RIP Brother and may you never be forgotten.

Kenneth was lost eight years ago today. So young. My friend was in the 256th. Six guys from that unit were lost at the same time. My friend is serving in Afghanistan now. I remembered Kenneth to my friend. Keep those lost and those still serving in your prayers.

I was in AIT at Ft. Sam Houston with Kenneth. I remember him very well because he was the person I always used to go to for advice when I was feeling down. He was a great friend, and someone I will never forget.

it's gina. to tell you the truth bro i have tried to forget that your death even happened, but everyday i have ur letter u wrote from texas from basic training. i'm sorry for not writing to you, i just always thought you would be home. the day we had to put you in the ground i cried only one tear, ok well maybe 2 but i just let them roll down my cheek and i was numb from that point on..ever sence you left things here have been hell...i always wonder what it would be like if you never left. i have these dreams that are so real, where i can see you smile and here you laughing and it's a nightmare when i have to wake up and you not being there, it sucks. I really need you ken, i need your guidence and ideas on what to do sometimes...i wish i could see you again, i miss you so much. and i'm sorry that we havent been up to see you for a while. but when ever i go to see you caz i never thought the person that i had always looked up to was now someone i had to look down upon. well all i know is is that youre in a better place ken and you can have all the titties and beer, just save me a beer. i miss you kenny and i love you and i'm proud of you. hope to see you soon. i love you and i always will.

I don't pretend to know what to say or do that would bring you peace in your time of sorrow, but I will offer my heart felt condolences. I also offer you my prayers that in time the pain will easy and the memories of your HERO will carry you through each day and night. I want to thank your HERO, for his/her selfless act of becoming a member of the armed forces, his/her willingness to defend the United States of America, all that we hold sacred and for the sacrifice that will forever be etched in the memories of all those who knew him/her. Kira, I am very sorry to have just learned of Kenny's death. I ran into someone who was serving with him overseas and trained with both of us. I trained with him in TX. He was a funny guy and always had a bright outlook on training no matter how hard it was. He always made me laugh. He will truly be missed by many. In these times when we send our young men off to serve and protect the country we believe in, heros such as Kenny VonRonn rise to the top of our prayers. My husband and all the members of his and Kenny's unit serve everyday still, with the memory and support of those they have lost. I never met Kenny, but his picture is in my home and each day that passes brings my thoughts and prayers to be with his family and friends. I am A1C Lewis of the United States Air Force. Serving under the 3rd Security Forces on Elmendorf Air Force Base. Sgt Kenneth VonRonn deserves nothing less than to be noticed as a hero and as the heart or the US Army. Ken and I were great friends and always an on going battle to which Armed Service was better, but all in all, we were nothing less than brothers. I pray for you Kira and also Kens sisters and family. I remember when i first met Kenny when he started working at ACMoore and what comes to mind is what a straight-forward guy he was he always had the greatest tales to tell and if you were ever feeling down he was always there to put a smile on your face, Also he cared more for other people's happiness than his own and I will always remember him for this and for his ultimate sacrifice he made for his country so that his wife Kira, His family and friends, and even those he did not even know so that we could all sleep soundly knowing our freedoms are being protected. To Kenny's family, I am sorry what happen to kenny in iraq. I was a really good friend of Kenny. We both went to Vida Neavia together and used to go to church and hang out alot.. We had our good times when he was here, But think of it this way, one day we'll all meet him back in heaven 1 day with our father God O mighty..Again Im sorry to hear this about Kenny.
