Mabel Strong

Mrs. Mabel Strong of Port Jervis, a lifetime resident of the area, died Friday, March 31, 2006 at Bon Secours Community Hospital. She was 72. She was born May 4, 1933 in Port Jervis, N.Y. She worked as an assembler at Kolmar Labs in Port Jervis. Surviving are two sons, Michael Mineau of Otisville, N.Y. and Kenneth Mineau and his wife, Louise, of Cuddebackville, N.Y.; daughter, Karen Shore of the state of Florida; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Cremation will be at H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg, Pa.
