Mary "Panagiota" (Gekakis) D'Egidio of Cumberland, RI and formerly of Newburgh, NY, died December 13, 2008.
Beloved wife of the late Michael D'Egidio; mother of Anthony D'Egidio and his wife, Reyna of Boca Raton, FL and Michael D'Egidio and his wife, Deidre of Cumberland, RI; sister of Elizabeth "Elisavet" Deima of Newburgh, NY, Augustus Gekakis of Newburgh, NY, and Anthony Gekakis of Las Vegas, NV and the late Irene Chappo; grandmother of Philip D'Egidio of Kentucky state, Debbie O'Grady of Florida state, and Diane Doughty of Florida state; great grandmother of Timothy, Matthew, Michael and Patrick.
Funeral services and visitation were held in Massachusetts. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Franklin, MA.
