Michael Simpson Obituary
Michael E. Simpson, a self-employed painter and lifetime resident of Newburgh, entered into rest on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 in Newburgh. He was 33.
Son of Sandra Sutton and the late Michael Simpson, he was born December 27, 1975 in Newburgh.
Michael is survived by his wife, Erica Simpson, his mother, Sandra Sutton, and his son, Michael, all at home; his brother, Jason Simpson and his wife, Brandy of Texas; maternal grandparents, George and Theresa Patterson of Newburgh; aunts and uncles: Sherry Deyo of New Windsor, Harry Todd and his wife, Carmelina of Florida, and Leonard Simpson and his wife, Louise of Warwick; two nephews, Jason and Tyler Simpson of Texas; cousins, Christina Sebesta and Sandra Deyo, and many friends.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, June 29, at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh. A funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday evening in the funeral home with Pastor Ronald Conti officiating. Cremation will be in Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Michael's son, Michael Simpson, 36 Poplar St., Newburgh, NY 12550.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Living in KC, I am just hearing of this tragic event. My prayers go out to you and little Mike, I know you both meant the world to Mike, he will be sadly missed by many, as he really was a very nice guy.
