Just read about Rich in the Alumni Crier. We didn't hang with the same crowd in high school but we had a lot of classes together, and I always remember him laughing and polite. He had a booming laugh. My condolences to his family.

Mr. G was one of the few teachers in the world to leave a positive, lasting impact on a student. As a student at Livingston Manor Central School, and as someone who had the pleasure of meeting Mr. G, I will greatly miss him.

Rich was somebody who after first meeting him would leave a lasting impression...He was dedicated to his teaching of mathmatics and seemed to get the message across to the students...he will be remembered and missed by those who came in contact with him....

I only had the pleasure of knowing Rich for a short time. He was a man of great character and had a mission to teach the youth of Livingston Manor the ideals of Scouting. Rich will be greatly missed by the Scouting community and beyond.
May he Rest in Peace.

I only knew him a short time, but he was great and very devoted to his scouts and students. He will be missed very much by everyone who knew him. My prayers are with you.
