Richard Mann, age 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 3, 2021. He was born March 1, 1950 in Hackensack, NJ to Clarence Mann and Betty George. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Mann.
During his lifetime he had many jobs which included the likes of plumbing, construction, and owning his own business for a number of years. His hardest job of all was trying not to tell everyone they were wrong. He also had an unbelievable knack for always thinking he was right about everything no matter the situation or whatever the issue may be. You could not convince him otherwise. He knew it all, just ask him he would have told you so.
He was survived by his two sons, Salvatore Grasso and his wife, Denise of Pine Bush, NY, and Richard Mann and his wife, Joycelyn of Chestertown, NY; his only daughter, Kelly Mann and her husband, Jonathan Lee of Starlight, PA. He was also survived by his sister, Sheila Young of Fishes Eddy, NY and his brothers, Robin Mann of Noble, OK and Rusty Mann of New Mexico. He also had many grandkids which include Michael Grasso of Maybrook, NY, Alyssa Moulton of Glens Falls, NY, Richard Mann of Queensbury, NY, Jonathan and Nicolas Lee of Starlight, PA, Sadie Mann of Chestertown, NY and Daniel Moulton Jr. of Rocky Point, NC. He also had one great-grandson, Cole Grasso of Maybrook, NY. He was predeceased by his sister, Linda Mann and brother, James Mann.
There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Cremation was held at the MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA.
