Sara Narvaez Obituary
The daughter of the late Francisco and Ines Nango Negron, she was born May 19, 1923 in Puerto Rico.
She was a member of New Harvest Christian Church.
Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Narvaez of West Palm Beach, Fla. and Steven Narvaez of Deltona, Fla.; daughters, Judith Martinez of Plattekill and Yvonne Robertson of Middletown; beloved grandchildren, David, Rebecca, Janine, Michael, Danielle, Marisa and Craig; and many nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Ralph Narvaez predeceased her in 1979.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 17 at White and Venuto Funeral Home, 188 N. Plank Rd. (Rt 32), Town of Newburgh.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 18 at the funeral home with the Rev. Ralph Diaz officiating.
Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network), PO Box 534, Fishkill, NY 12524.

I send my prayers and condolences to the family of Sara Narvaez. Always remember that the longest trip and the most ultimate journey is from our minds to our hearts. When you have accomplished that, you have accomplished only half of the accomplishments of Mrs. Sara Narvaez. Meaning that she has done so much for me and my family. May she rest in peace and I know that she is with Mr. Narvaez now. I love you all and wish I was there.

A part of my childhood has now moved on and I just wanted to say thank you for all of the great memories you have given me. I remember youth classes and explaining the bible in a way that made me understand it even better today. I have never been able to find a church that I loved as much as yours. Thank you for extending your hand and being another family for us to turn to as children for support, advice and that extra bit of morals to get us through our lives. I truly appreciate everything you ever did for our family. May god be with you in these hard times. I know that your new Angel will help you. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I wish that I could be with you at this time. It's because of Sara that I am still following the Christian faith today. I can't thank you enough for all of the memories-church bus every Sunday, bilingual services and all of your songs I still sing today. I feel a great loss and I am sending a hug and a kiss to each and every one of you. My prayers are with you today and always.

She was one of the sweetest persons I ever met. While growing up I looked up to her as she was so calm and good natured. Judy, Kenny, Stephen, I feel your loss. May God bless you and give you the strength to accept her passing into the other realm. We will all meet there someday.
