Stephen Poch Obituary

October 15, 1942 - August 14, 2008

Bloomingburg, NY

Stephen "Pooch" Poch of Bloomingburg, entered into rest on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at Catskill Regional Medical Center. He was 65.

Stephen was the son of the late Leon and Elsie Roserstock Poch. He was born on October 15, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY.

He was a dear friend of the Nashopa house at Crystal Run Village, and his day program at Sullivan ARC. Stephen liked to keep everyone on their toes while giving each person a glorified memory of him in which we will keep in our hearts forever. All of his staff and friends would like to thank him for giving them the chance to know and love him. He was loved very much and will be missed by all.

Survivors include one sister, Diana Suslak-Striggs of Denver, CO; one brother, Joel Poch of Buffalo, NY, and many friends at Crystal Run Village.

Services will be held at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788 on Monday, August 18 at 10 a.m. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory. Internment will be in Pinelawn Memorial Park in Long Island, NY at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements were under the direction of Colonial Memorial Funeral Home. For further information, please call us at 845-434-7363 or visit our website at www.colonialbryantfuneralhome.com.
