Highland Mills, NY
Theresa "Terri" M. Meyers, of Highland Mills, NY passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on January 6, 2021 at the age of 78. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and a proud and tender grandmother.
The daughter of the late William H. Holmes, Sr. and Frances M. (Edel) Holmes, Theresa was born on February 18, 1942 in Chestnut Hill, PA. Terri worked tirelessly in creating and keeping a warm and happy home for her family, as well as working as an Insurance Agent for State Farm Insurance in Monroe and Goshen, NY, prior to retiring.
She was a woman of deep faith and an active member of Grace Baptist Church in Highland Falls, NY.
Theresa is survived by her loving husband: Benjamin "Ben" L. Meyers, Sr.; her daughters: Kathleen "Kathy" (Meyers) Renner, Wendy (Meyers) DeLuccio, and Kimberley (Meyers) Nokes; her sons: Michael C. Meyers and Benjamin "Ben" L. Meyers, Jr.; six grandchildren: Christian and Kelley Renner, Hailey and Aiden Meyers, and Stephanie and Taylor DeLuccio; and her brothers: Joseph and Robert Holmes. Theresa was predeceased by her brothers: William "Bill" and Stephen Holmes.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 10th at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. Terri had a gentle way about her. Kind and caring to all who knew her. She lived her faith and was an example to all. Her family were a great source of joy to her.I am proud to have been one of her friends and will miss her until we meet again.
