William Brook Obituary

Lords Valley, Pa. - William Allen Easter Brook, 81, of Lords Valley, Pa., formerly of Westwood, N.J., died on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis, N.Y. He was a self-employed surveyor in Mahwah, N.J. for many years. He was a member of the Church at Hemlock Farms, Lords Valley, Pa., and a WW II Navy Veteran. The son of Robinson and Helen (Allen) Easterbrook, he was born in Bogota, N.J. on April 17, 1926. He was married to Janet (Traudt) Easterbook on August 3, 1975 in Saddle River, N.J. Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Kathy Easterbrook of West Fulton, N.Y.; one son, William Easterbrook, Jr. of Dingmans Ferry, Pa.; grandchildren: William, III and Tara Easterbrook; one sister, Gloria Yeager of Fredericksburgh, Va., one step-son, Kevin Hite of Monroe, N.Y. and one step-daughter, Nancy Austin of Monroe, N.Y. Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford, Pa. from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, November 11, 2007. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 12, at 11:00 a.m. at the Church at Hemlock Farms, 1493 Hemlock Farms, Lords Valley, Pa., Rev Herbert Jacobsen will officiate. Burial will take place in Milford Cemetery, Dingman Township, Pa. Memorial donations may be made to the Church at Hemlock Farms, 1493 Hemlock Farms, Lords Valley, Pa. 18428.
