Carole Schieck Obituary
Carole was born May 22, 1936 in San Francisco, CA. She married her high school sweetheart, Donald Schieck in Ukiah, CA on May 26, 1956.
They eventually settled in Palo Cedro, CA in 1968 where they raised their children and lived out their lives.
Their greatest joy was spending time with their family. They also enjoyed visiting with their lifelong friends, traveling, taking cruises, and their wonderful pets.
Nino was the sweetest, most giving, wife, mother, grandmother and friend we could have ever wished for and she will be sorely missed.
Mom was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald Schieck in 2008. She is survived by her three children, Donna Checkie, David Schieck and Debra Ludlow, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family invites all of Carole's friends to come celebrate her life with them on Saturday, September 24, 2011, 12:00 noon at the Millville Grange Hall, 22039 Old 44 Drive, Palo Cedro, CA.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Redding Haven Humane Society.

Carole was such a sweet and thoughtful person. I was always so impressed the way she would bring each grandchild a gift on birthdays, not just the one who actually had the birthday. She was a very special person.

To Carole's Family, I am so so sorry, I had no idea until today. I worked with Carole at RMC for many years, we had such an awesome time working together, I have many fun memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you during such a hard time. May God hold you all close to his heart.....
