Charles Allen "Chuck" Kingsbury, passed away on February 1, 2016, after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He passed away peacefully in his sleep, with his loving wife and children by his side. Chuck is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Roberta Kingsbury of Burney, CA; son, Casey Kingsbury (Lindsey) of Redding, CA; daughter, Lindsey Ryan (Joel) of San Diego, CA; son, Corey Kingsbury (Christina) of Burney, CA; sister, Pam Cunningham of Burney, CA; brother, Daniel Kingsbury of Anderson, CA; nine beautiful grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Chuck was born in Fall River Mills, CA, to Phyllis Ann (James) Kingsbury and Gerald Haynes Kingsbury. He grew up in Burney, CA, and was a graduate of Fall River High School. He first worked for the Lorenz/Fiberboard Mill in Burney, CA, for 20 years, and then Chuck was a bus driver/mechanic for the Fall River Joint Unified School District for 26 years before he retired in November 2015. Chuck and Robbie were married in November of 1971.

Please join us to celebrate this wonderful man's life this Friday, February 5, 2016, at 11 a.m. Services will be held at the Word of Life Assembly of God church in Burney, CA. In lieu of flowers, food, ask that donations be made to the Hospice program at Mayers Memorial Hospital in Fall River Mills, CA.

Our hearts go out to Robbie and her family. Chuck was such a wonderful man. Haven has gained such a special angel. We will keep you all in our prayers.

Dear Robbie and kids,
I am greatfull for the late night conversations with Chuck driving home after football games, I am greatfull for the safe transportation of my kids to their events and his friendship he gave them. I am greatfull for Chuck as a model father,son,brother,grandpa and husband. He has made me a better person for knowing him.

I had the good fortune to work with Chuck at Lorenz for many years. What a great and upstanding individual. I also know his brother Danny, and I pray all is well with him.
