It is with great sadness that we are announcing the death of Connor Montgomery Jacobs. Connor was born on June 11, 1998 and left earth on November 4, 2017. Connor was 19 and lived life to the fullest each and everyday. Connor was an angel to many and enriched many lives. His friendships, love and loyalty was evident by the relationships he cultivated. All who had the joy of knowing him are better beings. Connor needs us all to do better every minute of everyday, as that will help him Rest In Peace/Paradise. I am certain Connor would want me to say "Thank you for being you" and "I love you".
Connor's heart condition took him way too soon and we will be broken forever, but we are confident he loved life and everyone he touched. Connor would want us to think of him and laugh, love, live and SING OUT LOUD??
Connor is survived by his parents, Dana & Tamara (Tammy) Jacobs; Colby Jacobs (Brother); Hailey (Sister) and Dan Conerly; Jonathan Miner (Nephew); Grandparents Ken and Linda Matias and many Uncles, Aunts & Cousins. Connor is preceded in death by Grandparents, Ed & Beryl Jacobs & Stephen Jacobs (Uncle). Any donations can be made to PHA (Pulmonary Hypertension Association) or local Make-A-Wish.
Thank you all for making Connor's Celebration of Life a perfect reflection of him.
