Emma Jean Moore

Redding, CA

Emma Jean Moore 84, of Redding, California, left to be with our Lord on September 25th, 2016. She was born June 13th, 1932 in Purvis, Mississippi to Boyd Edgar Amacker and Emma Elizabeth Amacker.

She graduated from Oak Grove High School, Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

On December 3rd, 1950, she married George Steele and they were married for 26 years. She later married Arthur Moore on June 25th, 1977 and they were married for 32 years.

She retired as telemarketing manager for Montgomery Wards Service Center.

She is survived by her 4 children; Terri Reynolds, Richard Steele, Stacy Fry, and Kevin Steele. In addition, she has 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Redding Christian Fellowship, on October 15th at 10:00 A.M.
