Eva Nee Obituary

SACRAMENTO- Eva passed away from chronic lung disease November 9, 2007 in Sacramento. She was born in Etna Mills, CA to Miriam and Joe Knight on June 21, 1917. She was the Wife of the late Virgil L. Rogers, The loving Mother of Sharon Carson and Virginia Carl. Mother in law of Dr. Donald Carson and the late Dr. Robert Carl. Grandmother of Susan Carl, Michael Carl, Robert Carl, Steven Carl, Nancy Carson-Crye, Patti Caldero, David Caraccio and Mary Anne Carson. Great Grandmother of 11. She was the Sister of the late Durward, Pearl, Ruby, Christiana, Edward, Doris and Barbara. It was a wonderful family, hardworking with roots to Cornwall, England.

The family wishes to thank the loving caregivers at Saylor Lane Care, especially Phyllis, Irene, Cliff, Ying, "J.J.", Jerry and Bambi.

There will be no formal funeral services. The family and friends are welcome for Visitation on Monday, November 12, 2007 from Noon to 7 p.m. in the East Lawn Elk Grove Mortuary, 9189 E. Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove. Private Cremation. Memorials are suggested to a favorite charity of the donor's choice in her memory.
