Isabelle Etter Obituary

REDDING - Isabelle "Jodean" Etter, 71, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center, after several years of battling cancer. She was surrounded by her daughters, Rebecca and Roberta. She was born on March 4, 1936 in Akron, CO. She graduated from Woodland High School.

Jodean was a loving mother and was willing to help others when needed. She liked to collect owls and elephants. She loved to read all kinds of books.

She is preceded in death by her husband Marion (2002) and her son Edward(2002). She is survived by her sons, Mark Etter and Brian Etter, daughters, Margaret Haydon, Rebecca Stanhope, Mary Etter, and Roberta Isborn, 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, two sisters and three brothers.

She has touched the lives of everyone she met. She will be missed.

Services will be at Northern CA Veterans Cemetery in Igo CA on Friday October 19,2007 at 10 a.m. Please send all flowers to Northern CA Veterans Cemetery 11800 Gas Point Rd. Igo, CA. 96047-0076.

I have many happy memories of visits with Jodeen. We enjoyed luncheons together and I always wear the beutiful aprons she made for me. I am sure she is sewing for the angels now.
