Dear Kim, Tyler and Zach - Mike and I were so saddened to hear about Mike. What a wonderful man and I know he loved you all so much. Our hearts go out to you, this is such an incredible shock. You'll be in our prayers always and I hope we'll see you, Kim and the boys sometime in the future. My Uncle Earl would have been devastated by this news. I believe they're together now. I was so saddened to hear about Mike, he was an absolute joy to work with. I didn't know him well, but I am absolutely certain his loss is devastating to his family, friends and coworkers. My deepest sympathy.

Inspirational is the word that comes to mind when I think of Mike. Mike inspired all three of our boys to take the next step in sports and in life. As a player rep for SJW, I had the opportunity to watch him mentor so many kids, and they looked up to him with great admiration. Kim, Tyler, and Zachary, our prayers continue for strength and healing. Our family was blessed to know such a truly beautiful man.

I have known Mike for what seems forever. When you grow up in Redding ... Loosing your friends that you grew up with is a hard loss. Kim....my heart breaks for you and your boys. Mike was amazing. Infectious with his happiness.

Mikey was one of the greatest humans I have ever known. He made everyone he came in contact with feel special. He was a family man who loved his wife and kids and entire family. They were his passion. I have so much respect for him and am so saddened that he is gone. We were lucky to have known him for the last five years as he brought so much joy every time we saw him. He will be missed dearly. Our condolences to Kim and his boys and everyone who is feeling this loss.
