Olivia B. Manning FARMVILLE - Mrs. Olivia Brock Manning, 87, died Friday, March 13, 2009, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Monday from the Church Street Chapel of the Farmville Funeral Home by the Rev. Jack Weathersby. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens near Farmville. Mrs. Manning is survived by three daughters, Joyce Gray and her husband, Raymond, of Farmville, Brenda Octigan and her husband, Don, of Winterville, and Edith Ormond and her husband, Jay, of Hookerton; two sons, J.C. Brock and his wife, Maria, of Farmville, and Ray Brock and his wife, Betty Jean, of Farmville; a half-sister, Esther Lou Barnes, of Macclesfield; two half-brothers, Marvin Earl Johnson, of Walstonburg, and Eric "Tip" Johnson, of Farmville; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Farmville Funeral Home on Sunday evening from 7-9 p.m. and other times at the home of George and Cindy Gay, 65 Dock Cobb Lane, Farmville.
